KEY PERFORMANCE INDEX
Each project will have a different KPI to achieve, this will be related to initial discussion or meeting within users and the assigned manager. If KPI need to be adjusted, more meetings and addendum will be applied if necessary.
RECORDING SYSTEM
History of all conversation will be stored for up to 3 months, if client need to store by themselves, client can provide some hardware to store the records to their back up system.
INTERNET SYSTEM
For the needs of the communication, Xing Hao Technology use the VOIP System and 2 internet service provider with WiFi and LAN connection with speeds up to 300 Mbps.
